Terms and Agreement           Our trees are machine dug and all are placed in wire baskets with burlap.  Our clay loam soil ensures a good, firm root ball.  The tops will be tied for shipping. All plants must be paid for upon delivery or pick up at our nursery unless credit has been arranged in advance. All prices are F.O.B. from our nursery and are subject to change without notice. We make no express or implied warranty of any kind.  Consideration will be made on all claims made within 10 days.  We do guarantee that while plants are in our possession, they will be properly cared for and maintained. Liability continues until delivery to your truck or trucking company.  When delivery is made by us, liability continues until delivery to the customer.
